Refund policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Bhumi purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your items, we offer a straightforward returns policy to give you peace of mind.
- Return Period: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If you change your mind or the item doesn’t meet your expectations, we are happy to assist you in returning it.
- Condition of Returns: To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged cannot be returned.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@bhumiclothing.com. We’ll guide you through the process and provide a return shipping label. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrectly shipped. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Refunds: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. Upon approval, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items if you would like a different size or if there is an issue with your product. To start an exchange, please follow the same process as for returns, and we’ll make sure to send you the correct item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
